I’m so excited you’re considering me for your custom stationery. I love throwing a good party, outfitted with all the special details, but it’s not just about the theme and decor. It’s about welcoming your guests in a joyful and authentic way that makes them feel right at home.

Based in North Augusta, South Carolina, I’m happy to meet locally throughout the Central Savannah River Area and everywhere, virtually. Distance no longer matters in the realm of virtual experiences and I’m happy to coach you through your options. As a team of one, expect to hear directly from me every step of the way.

 The Process

 

Let’s chat

 

After seven years of designing invitations, I’ve realized the custom process is not for everyone. First, we will chat about your goals, timeline, and priorities. I want to hear all about your theme and plans and the story of the honored guest.

My goal is bring your vision to life, help create welcoming experiences for your guests, and to guide your through budget considerations. Complete the stationery questionnaire, and I will set up a complimentary phone call so we can decide if we are a good fit for each other.

 

Hosting advice

 

I’ll be here to help you navigate etiquette, some mistakes to avoid, and how to be the best hosts all while you can still enjoy and, more importantly, actually participate in the party. When you book me as your stationery designer, I’ll also send you hosting resources and will be available to answer any questions.

 

Initial Designs

 

In the initial design phase, I will develop an inspiration board for your paper goods and listen to your feedback. This is the time to share any images or Pinterest boards you’ve saved to ensure I capture your theme. After this feedback, I will begin drafts of the paper goods you’ve requested.

 

Invitations

 

After the initial drafts have been reviewed, I will begin refining the look and feel of your invitations. Once your final approval has been received, then it’s off to production and ready to deliver!

 

Delivery

 

All of your designs can be assembled and shipped to you to safely bring to your venue. I am happy to offer envelope printing or custom labels as well!

 

Considerations

 

I recommend this process to help ensure the best stationery experience for you and to account for variations in printing timelines. Schedule permitting, I will accommodate special rush requests (orders due within 6 weeks of the initial consultation) for an additional fee.

Invitations & Announcements

Starting at $342

Custom design for birthday, baby shower, and other invitations. 

You’ll receive:

  • a free initial consultation (1 hour)

  • 2-3 rounds of proofs

  • paper swatches to feel in person ( via mail)

  • assembled invitations

  • address formatting and mailing

Most clients spend between $450–$475 on custom invitations.

New Baby Collection

Starting at $475

Create a collection for your baby shower invitation and arrival announcement. Design for the announcement will occur before your due date with final edits completed after baby arrives!

You’ll receive:

  • a free initial consultation (1 hour)

  • 2-3 rounds of proofs (for each design)

  • paper swatches to feel in person ( via mail)

  • assembled invitations

  • address formatting and mailing

  • a complimentary copy of The Everyday Mother Mini baby tracking book, mailed with your shower invitations

Most families spend between $600-$700 on the design and production of custom baby shower invitations and birth announcements.

Digital Event

Starting at $475

Turn your invitations into an email format and host an online shower or party with a dedicated event website.

Never opened a website editor? Don’t like sending those reminder emails? Send me the information, and I’ll build the site and send emails on your behalf. All you have to do is check the responses and get ready for your party.

You’ll receive:

  • a free initial consultation (1 hour)

  • your choice of event theme from my elusive library of designs

  • 5 hours of edits and revisions

  • emails and reminders sent on your behalf to guests

Frequently Asked Questions

 

We love your work and are ready to book! How do we start?

Great! A completed contract and 50% deposit is required to book my services. If you haven’t booked your initial call, completed the stationery questionnaire, then I will reach out to schedule our first meeting.

 

Do you print everything for us or do we need to find our own vendors?

I have many trusted vendors that deliver the quality my clients have come to expect, and I’m happy to price and source items as well. If you need a print release for a specific purpose, just let me know and I’ll work with the vendor to ensure your design looks amazing.

 

What event website provider do you use?

I work exclusively with Appy Events to create your event website, digital invitations, and response collections. We can embed a link to your online event too, so there is one hub for your attendees to remember.

 

How many rounds of proofs do we see?

After we agree on the inspiration board I develop for you, most clients are able to finalize their designs after two rounds of proofs. If needed, a third round is included in all collections.
